Welcome to week 3,
Limiteds continue their undefeated reign at the top of the table as they put closest contenders Camels to waste in what was an emphatic victory. Milf move up to second and have played a game less than Limiteds and after coming back to defeat the Swans, they are now undefeated in 9 games i.e since the beginning of the university calendar. The Stunts just don’t seem to be getting anything right this time around as the Wolves tore them apart, unfortunately for the Wolves they are still only 6th
VSA- 2 weeks straight you haven’t shown up you are therefore the weakest link. Goodbye. Next week Milf vs. VSA @ 530pm will be Milf vs. A combination of Lockhouse Lush Pups and Cunning Stunts, the game will be refereed but Milf you have won by default. Whoever wishes to play can play
This week
The Wolves vs. Stunts encounter started off as if it was heading to a draw but to liven up the encounter Jamie opened his account to put Wolves into the lead. Akash scored a stone cold stunner that had all the ladies strip off and want to be his WAG as he managed to equalize. However the Wolves felt they had what it took and once again Jamie’s goal was cancelled out by an Akash goal that saw a bit of fortune as it deflected of a defender. At the interval it was 2-2. The 2nd half the Wolves began their domination of the tie with Holmes and hat trick hero Jenkins gliding past the Stunts as if they weren’t even there. Stunts just weren’t passing the ball whereas the Wolves were bringing sexy back. In the end it was Wolves 7-4 Cunning Stunts.
Milf had their first proper game on the Astroturf this week and it was clear they still weren’t used to the outdoor format with the rules being considerably different. However once they got their rhythm together they played a great passing game, their first goal was a bit lucky as a deflected pass found its way to Philipp to score. Then the 1 man wrecking machine Joe Harding scored 2 in 3 minutes to turn the tie on its head. Philipp then did the same just before the break netting twice to take Milf into the lead. The 2nd half Milf were far too good with Koldo showing great skill and Fabio scoring a wonder goal. Milf were unbeatable as it ended Milf 7-3 Swan and Paedo.
The Camel vs. Limiteds game was of particular significance because the winner would go top of the table. Both teams started well showing great passing and moving. David went from Wall to Wall and got the opener, the keeper was unlucky not to save as it grazed his gloves. Lewis then added the extra attacking element and combined nicely with David up top. He added the 2nd and it was clear that the Camels were missing Diego. Melling had to play both attack and defence in his absence he put in a great show as he scored and Elliot followed shortly after as the mood was possibly set for a comeback. The 2nd half was all about Limiteds as even the Shuffy rocket launchers didn’t really trouble the keeper and Limiteds would close him down. Both David and Lewis got their hat tricks and it was comfortable in the end. Limiteds 6-2 Camels
Player cam
Goal of the day. Fabio (Milf). A left foot curler from distance that sailed into the net. Ronaldo couldn’t do that even if he tried.
Silky skills. Mr Cool Aaron Jenkins showed some great one touch football for the Wolves and made some defence splitting passes.
Rough Rider. A slightly quieter evening in terms of tackles but Matthew Melling (Joe Camels) deserves a mention as he was everywhere against the Limiteds. Clearly he has the eye of the tiger.
Duo of the day. Both achieving hat tricks David “wonder” Wall and Lewis “ching ching” Cosgrove. They really took Camels to the cleaners with Cosgrove cashing cheques that Wall was giving. A great, skilful performance.
Hat trick heroes. Akash Patel (Stunts). Jenkins (Wolves. Wall and Cosgrove (Limiteds) Philipp (Milf)
Team of the week.
