Punctuality

Late teams will result in their games being cut down and this also affects the opposition. If you are running late please give us a call on 02039357446. If your more then 5 minutes late you will start 2 goals down.

Terms and conditions 5, 6 and 7 a side leagues

1. If you cancel a game then you will still be liable for your match fees and the other teams regardless of the notice period.
2. If you forfeit 2 games Playfiveaside will re-consider your position in the league and deposit wil be lost, you will also be liable for your match fees for games missed.
3. If you leave mid season, your deposit is not refunded and you are still liable for the remaining seasons fees
4. Deposits will roll on to the next season, assuming your deposit is intact and has not been forfeited. If you wish to withdraw from the league you must notify us on or before the final day of the season.
5. The deposit is only refundable providing you do not forefit any games regardless of the notice given 
6. Playfiveaside reserves the right to change and amend fixtures.
7. All rules vary per league and its imperative you check with the referee what the respective leagues rules are or email info@playfiveaside.com 

Terms and conditions 11 aside leagues

1. 2 weeks cancellation. Please be respectful to your opposition and in the event you cannot make the game, please let us know 2 weeks prior. If 2 week cancellation isn’t provided you are still liable for match fees and you will lose your deposit (decision reviewed season end).
2. If you forfeit 2 games Playfiveaside will re-consider your position in the league and deposit wil be lost, you will also be liable for your match fees for games missed.
3. If you leave mid season, your deposit is not refunded and you are still liable for the remaining seasons fees

6. Yellow cards carry a £10 fine and Red Cards a £20 fine. 
7. Away teams shown on the right of the website must check kit clashes and come in away colours if appropriate
8. All teams must always bring 1 ball each to games
9. Subs are roll on roll off

Terms and conditions corporate events

1. 2 weeks cancellation. Due to staffing requirements, pitch hire and other factors any last minute cancellations will not be accepted
2. Should less than 2 weeks be provided it may be possible to credit and move the booking date for a new fee.
